The Bonito is also known as “Bullet Tuna” or “Botella”. It is a ray-finned predatory fish in the family Scombridae such as the macekrels and the tunas. Considered a delicacy in the Balkans and in Turkey, this fish is also used as bait by lobsters’ fishermen.
