Alaskan Pollock is broadly distributed in the North Pacific Ocean and eastern and western Bering Sea. In the Gulf of Alaska, Pollock are considered as a single stock separate from those in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands. This species is one of the more deep-bodied members of the cod family.
FISHING SEASON
Year round. In Alaska, Season A lasts from January through April (Bering Sea) and then the B season from June through November (Gulf of Alaska). Pollock is also caught in Russia waters.

Skinless, Boneless, Pin Bone out in a 10 lb or 4×10 lb printed or plain cartons – as per your requirement: IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) or Block frozen (for industrial use mostly)
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Pollock’s flesh is light and flaky. Pollock can be poached, baked, broiled, grilled or put into fish chowders.
