Each block is 16.5lbs. Master carton are usually 4 x 16.5lbs In Europe: the blocks are usually 7.5kg each and packed usually into 3 x 7.5kg master carton.

Cod livers are processed to make cod liver oil, an important source of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Highly prized eating fish.
