Whether served before a meal or along side other hors d’oeuvres, bacon wrapped scallops are always a crowd pleaser. This sweet, savory combo pairs well with any white wine.
For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove Bacon Wrapped Scallops from all packaging and place evenly on baking sheet or tray. Place in center of oven and bake for approximately 16-18 minutes or until bacon is lightly browned or an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve immediately.
