LOBSTER RANGOON

An Asian inspired favorite Lobster Rangoons are individually handmade with real lobster meat combined with a perfect blend of seasonings and cream cheese. Each one is folded into a crispy wonton to create this classic Asian appetizer. These tasty treats are easy to prepare and ready to enjoy in minutes.

CHEF’S NOTES

Serve this classic appetizer with a favorite dipping sauce such as sweet & sour or hoisin sauce. Pairs well with a buttery chardonnay or fruity savignon blanc.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove rangoons from all packaging and place on baking tray. Place tray into preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, turn product over and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and shell is crispy or on internal temperature of 165°F.
Do not microwave.
