Industrial blocks are the traditional way to pack raw material for the seafood industry reprocessing fillets into breaded fish or different products containing seafood.
The Industrial blocks are rectangular or other uniformly-shaped masses of cohering fish fillets or a mixture of fillets traditionally using the same exact dimensions and the same exact weight.Salmon blocks are usually processed from Pink or Chum Salmon.Pink salmon is the smallest and most abundant of the Pacific salmon usually fund in Russia and Alaska.Chum salmon has the widest distribution of any of the Pacific Salmon and is bigger than Pink.It is fish every 2 year alternately with the pink specie.
